Normal Repair delay: 5 working days

Urgent repair delay: 2 working days (not including delivery time)

Delivery for Reman part: 24/48H if ordered before 3:00PM french time ( GMT+1=1H infront of UK + IRL+PT ).

Diagnosis loan lasts 5 open days.

Repair for non referenced item: please consult us. Manufacturer references are only given for information.

Prices are subject to change during the year. Unrepaired items are neither invoiced nor returned unless requested (if returned, carriages are invoiced). A cleaning fee will be charged in case we receive dirty parts.

Each part, except for the non-repairable ones, will be invoiced and benefit from a 24-month warranty.

24 month warranty from the date of delivery: if our repair does not solve the initial fault, please contact us to get a return form. Then return the unit to Breizelec using our DHL account (free of charge). Tick warranty claim on the Repair form.

Reman Core Charge refunded 100% within 5 days if the unit is returned in good shape (no oxidation, not burnt, not broken or modified). If not returned to Breizelec, Reman core is invoiced 200%.

Standard delivery insurance covers goods upto 10€/kg (£9/kg) Full coverage insurance costs 1% of the goods declared value.

In the context of the warranty, the labour time insurance takes in charge the work hours spent to mount/dismount the Breizelec part. You can choose this insurance when placing your order and is available only one time. The declared value will be refunded through a credit note which will be deducted on your next order. Ex: if you want to cover 4 hours of work at an hourly rate of 100€/£ per hour, i.e. 400€/£, 60€/£ of insurance will be invoiced (15% x 400€/£). If the part comes back under warranty, we will refund 400€/£.
